Is my video uploaded to a server?
Your original video never leaves your browser. We decode it on your device and send only the extracted audio to Google Gemini, through our backend, to be transcribed into text. The video file itself is never uploaded.
What can I do with the transcript?
The full transcript appears on the page. Use the Copy button to copy all of it to your clipboard, or Download .txt to save it as a plain-text file named after your video. From there you can paste it into a document, search it, or edit it however you like.
