Purchases

Paid features are sold as hour packs: one-time, prepaid credits for a fixed number of hours of hosted cloud transcription and notes (for example 10, 50, or 100 hours), consumed as you transcribe. Your hours do not expire, and there is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Hour packs are sold by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is the seller of record for those purchases. See the Terms of Use for details.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
